Water fed window cleaning has become increasingly more popular in recent times since its invention by Irv Tucker in the 1950’s. Its popularity has come from its ability to clean windows and window frames from as high as six storeys in difficult areas without the need for ladders and access equipment.

Sweeping and scrubbing is an essential cleaning requirement to ensure commercial & industrial sites are maintained properly. Dirt and debris accumulate inside and outside and periodically require sweeping or scrubbing services.

Warehouses continuously accumulate dirt and spider webs inside and outside. Over time if these areas are not cleaned they look unattractive and unkempt. Commercial high pressure cleaning is the method of high water pressure blasting to clean, leaving areas free of dirt, dust and debris.

Stripping and sealing vinyl floors is simply removing the old sealer from the floors surface and laying a minimum of 3 new coats of sealer to the floor. This is done in order to protect the vinyl from minor damage caused by wear & tear and to also keep them looking good. New vinyl would not require stripping as it is new, but it would require sealing as new vinyl do not have sealer.

Surface sanitising in the workplace should be performed according to when and how often areas in the workplace are frequented. In an environment with many individuals entering the workplace each day, such as a shopping centre or a warehouse with a many employees, it is recommended additional cleaning is performed daily to sanitise surfaces. In contrast, an environment with less individuals such as a small office or warehouse, may only require weekly or twice weekly sanitising of surfaces. Daily cleaning is recommended, but may not be feasible for all workplaces.
